Ford Excursion Door Panels

I would have wrapped in matching tan vinyl. There is going to be a lot going on with those doors now. Shiny black, grille cloth, tan two-tone vinyl, and the "wood" trim...

In all seriousness... I think he made a good choice, in not going with "matching" vinyl... B/c if the color was off at all it would look like ****...

 
All the wood grained stuff is being painted black to match.

 

The carpet on the rear panels is being covered up by etched plexy and painted black on the back side. So it won't be seen either.

 

Looking for black or charcole colored armrest or dyeing them Black.

 
You definitely did a great job with the fabrication and painting!! You have definitely created "functional eye candy"!! I don't have the kind of skills that you have displayed with the pictures and if I lived closer I'd have you fabricate similar pods for my Expedition. Seeing those pictures make me want to turn the beast into a thing of beauty! Thanks for sharing the pictures, keep us updated with installed pictures.
