For those who own "well rounded systems"

So as the title states I'd like for those with well rounded systems to give a break down of their system.

Front Stage

Sub/s

Amps

Building techniques/install techniques that have improved your overall listening experience

By well rounded I am talking builds where the bass blends well with your front stage, mids are punchy and well...you get the picture

I have ordered some nice audio equipment in an attempt to build a well rounded system. I realize that install is key so please feel free to give your .02

Also I would like to know personal experiences with higher power handling subs and how you were able to have them blend well with your front stage. I got this weird idea in my head that lower power handling subs will be easier to blend in well with the front stage. (idk where this idea came from) and I have a tendency to like the sound from lower power handling subs, can someone chime in on this? Is it maybe the material they are made from?

All these thoughts may just be from previous systems I have had that were poor builds/installs with high power handling subs

In my opinion I liked the sound from my kicker cvr 10 better than the sound from my old re sx, alpine type r's, pioneers etc etc...

EDIT: So I guess this thread is more for those with an SQ oriented system (wow like that really cleared things up right) Okay lets just go back to my statement of a well rounded system. A sub stage that blends in well with your front stage!!!!!!!!!!

Okay I don't want my thread to turn into a f*ck what the poster was asking thread. so please lets not get all sarcastic and get off topic here

he and I both have the same mids. I talked him into buying his //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Okay so now that I got a few users attention. Could you explain what things you have learned over time that has helped your listening experience? Install techniques, build techniques...Even with what boxes you were able to use that helped your overall system performance.

when going for an SQ build, its the sad truth, but unless you plan on doing some serious work yourself in terms of building and tuning, $$$ is what makes an SQ system.
Yeah that's why I kinda said SQ and then stepped back and just said "well rounded" just where things have fairly smooth transitions. I'm never going to attending any SQ meets so everything is subjective to my ears.

a little tooo vague
this really.. well rounded just means everything compliments each other.. front stage and sub stage blend.. staging is on.. sq is not super hard a lower volumes.. its trying to keep it while turning it up relatively high thats the issue.. realizing music is not covering up the front stages flaws with bunch of bass is a good start.. hearing the vocals over the subs is not well rounded either like so many think on here.. I can talk somewhat on this as.. I do have an 18 btl in my little car but thats for when I get the Urge to crank it really loud.. I turn it back a notch when listening to rock, classic rock, etc.. I like ac/dc dave Matthews etc.. but also rap for the loud time.. I am young so I need my fill now and then..
