i was thinking somewhere around the area of 650$ obo.

No...they are being realistic. I am not here to rain on your parade, but these are subs that are $200 new per piece. So for you to ask $650 is like saying...Used subs = $300 and your box = $350?

Now to save you the hassle of bumping these on a regular basis, I will give you a solid recommendation. Start your pricing at $400 with the box local pickup. Or $400 shipped for the subs alone, or $350 + shipping.

I think that would be a great starting point for you to work from.

its not the subs that are really worth the money its the box itself. its close to 400 dollars itself when i got it made.

You will never really get anything out of a box. 90% of the guys here make their own boxes. The one you have shown would cost maybe $100 in materials, and a little time. I can understand your frustration, that you paid dear money for something that is really only worth something to you.

Recommendation:

2 - L7's = $400 shipped

Custom box = $75 local pick up only.
