First off, the phone. This is the original auction I bought it from ebay item # 270115370953. You can check to see if it will work with your servie provider. I have never made a call on it. Its just been sitting in a box for the last month. Comes with wall charger.

Next is the amp. I got it from Chase Freeman in a deal we had. It puts out 600rms @ 1ohm. Very nice little amp. The only problem is its missing 2 fuses in the fuse holders.lol But I will get some before I send it.
