i think i might be leaning toward the crossfire because of what ive been reading and is has a cotrol knob that i like

its werid thou because it doesnt have fuses so i cant tell the amperage, is it externally fused or unrefined or what

some amps aren't fused. i ran my vr2000D for a brief period on a stock 90 amp electrical system, and my lights dimmed of course, but it wasn't as bad as i expected.

i think i will upgrade to some really big big3 wires

i have a 4 gauge ground and a 4ga ground to engine but i only have stock plus and 8ga wire from tha alt to the +batery, i think bigger wire would help alot

they dont dim that much but it is noticeable

i paid $400 and i don't remember why i sold it lol. i go through so much equipment. the only drawback to the vr2000D is that it is only 2 ohm stable. (the vr1000D is 1 ohm stable)

yea but that amp would run my sub great @ 4ohms

what size power wire does it take?

got it used off the forums. it has 2 power and ground inputs. it's basically like wiring up 2 amps. it needs 2 4 guage grounds and power.

how would that crossfire amp compare to the RE 12.1?

the RE 12.1 is a little cheaper straight from the company but which is more effeiceant?

and what are the dimentions of the RE 12.1?
