The way I looked at it was we could either get Obama or a guy who chose a ***** as the vice president. I didn't vote.

It's too early to tell. Some things I am not liking is the fact that he said and campaigned hard about no pork. I am not against investing government money. I feel there is a difference between spending and investing. Investing can lead to jobs and create business which will pay itself back. Well the stimulus bill was filled with pork. We didn't need 3.8 million dollars for a Tiger Stadium project that the city doesn't even know what the hell to do with it. Than he said he doesn't want to own GM, yet will own 72% of GM.

On the flip side, I still don't see all this taxation the republicans are crying about. My taxes went down. I just don't get why the republicans have so much hatred against Obama. Nothing is going to get accomplished by fighting with the other side constantly, but such is politics I guess.

I think part of the problem is that, when asked if you voted for Obama, you respond "At least I didn't vote McCain." That's a false dichotomy.

So there are only 2 people in the entire US that are eligible for the Presidency?

Whomever posted that it is the citizen's fault, they are absolutely right.

Yes I'm glad I did. Because I don't think Mccain would have done any point.

It's funny that the same people who always used to say the President can't change the country himself, are now the people *****ing about Obama not changing the country.
