I just picked up a focus and i plan in dropping a TRF 15" in a nice size box on a sundown 1500, with some neXT Comp 6.5"s up front on a 2 chan amp (i forget what kind, its almost been a year since ive looked at my equipment //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif)

Ive looked at some other focus sites, focus fanatics, focushacks, and focaljet, which seem to be somewhat helpfull in general car audio noobishness ... but how did you manage to run your power wires to the trunk? Was door speaker installation easy? What process did you use to remove the door panels, and when running the speaker wires, power wires, remote wire, were you forced to remove the seats or were you able to pull up the carpet enough to hide the wires? How is running the RCA's from headunit to the trunk also? Some advice for installing and tips and tricks would be most helpful! Thanks ahead of time!

Hi i have a focus and I have two subs with 0 gauge power wire. To install the power wire you have to jack the car up on the front left of the car (same side as the battery). Then take the wheel off and feed the wire down through the engine bay and grab it from underneath, pull the dirt gaurd on the wheelwell back and run it through the existing grommet to get the wire into the car. This is the only difficult thing to do. RCA;s and speaker wire just run down the opposite side of the car in the sills. Speakers are also quite easy to get to.
