Focal K3P, which is to use for bass and which for midrange?

Hello!

I am building my audio system right now and I have few questions, if someone can help.

For the front doors I will use Focal K3P, 3 way system with 2 X 6.5" speakers. The crossovers are 2 for each channel and they can be adjusted in two ways - the first option is to chose if I want the both 6.5" speakers run all the frequency's (except the highs) or the second option is to separate the bass for one of the 6.5" and for the other 6.5" the midrange.

So my questions are :

1. Which 6.5" speaker to use for the bass and which for the midrange, because they are different?
