Focal 13" sub on CL. Good Deal?

Hello everyone i have here brand new in the box focal 13" sub thats right a 13" sub! This the sub that top all of the other by a long shot you can't the sound quailt you will get from this sub you need a vented box to really make this woofer sing. Item is new never used changed my mind on the set up i was going with so i no longer it. So could someone please give it good home.

questions:

1. would this be a decent HT sub for the price? i know some of the "SQ" guys here run focal.

2. would this be a better HT sub than a JL 10w3v1 D2?

dont know anything about that one specifically but over on diy they are selling their diyma 12's that everyone is comparing to focal for 100 shipped. dont know how it compares to that sub but its an alternative.

I'd rather have the Focal.

Although for dedicated HT use, one 13" is pretty small.

For music, it'd make more sense.
