Focal 100vrs vs. Rainbow SLC NG 4inch comp sets

Ok so im looking at both of these 4 inch comp setups. My question is whic h is better? The Focal's are a couple hundred bucks more so are they worth the extra money? I dont have a place to audition the Rainbows so im looking to you guys for some guidance.

I like the smooth tweeters on the Rainbows over the Focals.

Even on the cheaper Rainbows?? The focals are like 300.00$ more than the Rainbows....so im just trying to see if you guys think that the the focals are better enough to warrent 300.00$ more??
