Liquid Fire...
I dont know if anyone else has this around their neighborhood, but we have people that drive by that does lawn/yard work, and the way they advertise is by throwing a ziplock bag in ur yard with their card and a rock in it to keep it from flying away. Didn't really have a problem with it cuse we just usually throw the card away. But recently one of those guys hit my dad's GMC Yukon Denali and made a chip and a small dent in the paint/body about 1x1cm. What can we do about this? I know I can contact the guy and have him come over, but is there any legal action we can take toward him?

beat his *** seabass

has you can tell by my screen name im a lover of denalis,i would call the number on the card and tell there manager/boss see if he takes responsibility and comes out to see it..if he does get some estimates from at least 2-3 different sources..if he refuses to pay for it and take it out of someones pay check then take his *** to court..**** mesicans

You're serious?
One centimeter? Live a little, get some touch up paint.
I know it's not huge damage or anything, its just it shouldn't have happened in the first place. So I dont see why we would have to pay for it to be fixed. Plus my dad's AMG S55 was right next to the Denali, would've really sucked if that was the one to get hit.

Also I'm pretty sure he doesnt have a manager, just seems like a cell number he gives out to get work.

My bro had him come to the house and pretty much told him not to come around throwing rocks anymore. Guy didnt even say he was sorry. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I kinda wouldn't mind doing the whole court thing, I really just want to teach him a lesson. And maybe I can make him pay the attorney fees.

You're wasting your time.

Go to the dealer and ask for some touchup paint. They might even give it to you free.

I doubt you'd even get listened to in a courtroom...

If this was a sizeable dent, OK, then I'd see the problem. But a centimeter? You have a good chance of getting more damage than that just by normal driving.

He might be an inconsiderate dick, but don't expect to get compensation for that...

uh i would call the cops and complain about littering.. i bet you could get his *** fined for littering at the very least.

I know where i used to live they would fine you for even putting crap up on light poles.. let alone throwing trash in peoples yards.. i would imagine CA would have some harsh *** hippy inspired litter laws.
