Flush Mounting

I was wondering how would i go about doing it... is the tweeter in a good spot?

na move the tweeter down as close to the mid as possible.. if you keep it on that pillar then bring it as close to the dash as possible..../

I originally installed my tweets up there and I was hearing like a concert echo, I lowered them and they are much better...
