You acted like a dick from the get go! You can question stuff all you want, but guess what, if you treat an officer like a dick you are going to get dicked! I've been pulled over by a police officers that I have disagreed with, I even argued with him, but I did it with respect. I didn't get arrested, didn't even get a ticket, just a fix it ticket, went to the police station talked to others afterwards and they threw that away. Hmmm, common sense and respect.

Lol, tell me how I disrespected the officer. Because he said I was free to go yet apparently wasn't free to do what I wanted? Or because I didn't leave within a minute 30 seconds of him telling me to be free to go?

OP is the example of poor education and lack of dicipline in a home . He probally didnt get enough hugs or something either . Seriously though he is what is wrong with america today think they are entitled . Laws dont apply to the people who think they are the elite i guess.

2. No where in any amendment or law does it suggest you have the right to question authority, nor will anything ever suggest to do it in a manner that suggests that the authority figure in question is of lesser value then you.

As we have said, questioning the law enforcement officer is not wrong and many of have done it over the years. However, the way in which you do it will define the situation and what kind of person you are. What does this mean? It means you think you are above the law when in fact you are not and at some point it will become painfully obvious for you.

Lets talk about the situation of the arrest. It was in a church's parking lot (private property). No one's safety was in jeopardy and my language was not inciting - hell I was not even talking to the officer, I was talking to the camera. Since your the law expert here, tell me where his probable cause existed to arrest me. Once he told me to have a nice day and walked back to his vehicle the detainment ended - in order to redetain me he needs a new set of probable cause.. Sitting in private property in Georgia is not a crime unless the owner of it tells you to leave.

The fact remains.

1. What I said is still true.

2. Your actions mad this industry look worse then it already does.

3. You feel that you have done some amazing act by getting arrested. The sad thing is you have done nothing of the sort, rather you have shown that you are indeed exactly has everyone has suggest in this thread and your thread.

It is our right to question the police and not get arrested for it, unless we are living in a police state.
Your attitude is just like the arresting officers. Don't personally agree with something? **** it lock 'em up, doesn't matter if they are not breaking any laws. Your both allowing your opinion to trump the law and my rights. Sounds like you will fit right in this police department!

I'm sorry but that is a sad way to back down from me telling you that you are wrong in every since of the way in your video. You know what you did to provoke that situation and you are proud that you were "arrested" for your actions.

I understand that you have no factual grounds to stand on against any claims by us toward your actions in your video. However, you could at least man up and admit you were indeed acting like a fool and damaging the credibility of our industry.
