People like this guy WON'T learn. It's because they don't WANT to. He reminds me of my 16 year old brother who got a speeding ticket (68 in a 35). He went out the VERY NEXT DAY and got pulled over again for speeding. He comes home laughing about it and says the cops are the stupid ones?????? LOGIC!!! Get some...
