I just got back from a movie tonight and they had a trailer for this...I honestly don't know how I feel about this. I think a documentary and a made for TV movie are ok but this is just too far. IMO, they're taking one of the most couragous moments of that dreadful day and beating it to death, making it so trite and stale. And there just so much they dont know. They should have waited. I just dont agree with it. But then again, movies are made about military operations/missions...but this...I dunno. Discuss.

i personally liked the tv movie, watched it twice in fact. In a way, by making wo movies they are over doing it, however the whole 911 thing interests me so i would probably go see it

edit- maybe its because im canadian hehe

I gotta say I agree with you, j3bus....

It's pretty ludicrous... downright wrong.

I think they should take ALL money... (Not just net sales or profits, ALL the money) made from it and donate to a 9/11 fund of some sort...

i watched the tv movie but didnt know they was coming out with a regular movie. i still think the whole 911 thing is getting out of hand. its like they are doing it to remember that day and im sure everybody in america remembers that day no matter what, but i feel sorry for the victems family having to live movie after movie, show after show, shirt after shirt and every other 911 thing over and over and over and over....etc... they are wearing the whole 911 memorial thing out and people are gonna get sick of it before to long and arnt gonna wanna remember it. thats just my oppinion tho. but ill probly watch the movie when it comes out on pay per view b/c we get free movies.

shit if the politicians can manipulate it to fit their agenda (both parties) then the entertainment industry might as well milk it for every penny they can.

Like everything else, it eventually just ends up a trivial farce of what it should be.
