Back to the thread though. Thats an awesome install. Period. Whether you thinks its musical or asinine that took some work for all that. Its a show car, not a competitor SPL or SQ. Huge systems are for that. I can't count how many imports or other show cars with 4-10 sets of coaxials and stupid numbers of subs and amps in them. that box w/ the juggernauts your talkin bout xclusive.. it was at that show i went to in west palm and he pulled a 150 his first run but he had the mic on the driverside of the window, they made him move it back to center and he got a 147. i dunno how that jumped to 160 at this ECR show but still tight. that box bangs.

The guys down here are into a different scene. They like the tackyness. The more noise the better, be it rattle or the wheels. The dont care about sq just how loud you can make it.

Everyone has their own thing and not everyone will like it.

the money they put in their cars can easily be put into a crx or tahoe and have walls of subs like anyone on this site. but no, they rather have complete cars w/ motors, paint, interior, rims, and a little bit of subs.

Agreed, as an installer I'll do anything you give me money to do but I'm going to think its unnecesary the entire time I'm donig it. To each his own really, but I just think its ugly...

sorry i have just a tad of common sense. u obviously don't, nor do these people. the only way ANYTHING about these cars is respectable is motor, and audio. The paint on the majority of them are HIDEOUS, and the wheels are pure "ghetto".

u owned yourself, as stated earlier. you say to respect the views of others, yet cant respect mine, that make a ton of sense eh? they don't do all this for themselves, or else they wouldn't follow such a shitty trend. yes, TREND, in 10 years these cars will NOT be viewed as cool, or anything around respectable. it is a TREND. if they did it for themselves, all the cars wouldn't look identical to each other, not every car would have ostrich, gucci, louis vuitton, Dounnie and Bourke, or pradda as their interior, they would do what THEY want, not what everyone else before them wanted. I guess hotrods andminitrucks are the only two car scenes that understand this.
