Fkin brokerage fees!

How the hell do you get past brokerage fees? bought an amp from someone on here ups comes by and is requesting 81.xx in brokerage fees, thats bullshit. Now I have to come up with 80 dollars to get my fkin amp from ups. It says it must be picked up within 5 business days, what if I dont pick it up within 5 business days, what do they do?

sucks, thats why I don't like to ship to canada. Don't want to lie on the customs forms, and people usually don't like paying the brokerage fees.

You really cant get by them. They are customs charges from shipping to another country. You can try and get them reduced by saying its a gift or only worth a certain amount that really sucks if you ever have to file a claim.

Pay them and get your amp. Lesson learned.

Canada post doesn't charge an outrageous COD fee, whenever im buying something, ill be telling the shipper to send via usps/canada post from now.

That's what I do. I won't purchase if UPS is the only shipping option.

its not just UPS. Fedex and all other couriers have brokerage fees. Rule of thumb is when getting stuff from the U.S. ALWAYS use USPS. BTW there are no brokerage fees but there are duties you have to pay.
