Fixing a Pioneer Headunit?

Hi, none of the preout's on my Pioneer DEH-M8600MP work, they just give loads of static and pulsating noise. Is there anything I can do to try to fix this? It happened out of the blue. Both my amps do the same thing, tried different grounds, the works. I'm convinced it's the HU.

Any idea on how to fix this? I have a soldering iron =\

Please help,

Tom

just cause you have a soldering iron doesn't mean you can fix it. the fuse thats on the preout line is about half the size of a grain of rice so you have to be very careful when soldering it.
