fitting a box in a trunk???

find out how wide you can go inside the trunk, then you measure how wide the access into the trunk is, and then measure from only one side of the trunk to the smallest part of the trunk opening, and measure how wide the opeing is in the trunk and make sure your box will fit in there not by how wide or tall the box but from top right corner down to bottom left corner thats where it counts the most

Another good way is to build a "temp box". Just use a sheet of cheap plywood 0.75" thick or however thick your enclosure is build of and just put together the sides and top.

Dont worry about the front or back panels, your main concern is if its going to fit in the opening in your trunk. A sheet of plywood should be around $10-15 depending where you get it from.

Buy a couple of cheap 2x4s and build a frame

thanks for all the replies! yeah, i tried making a temp box type of thing with just some cardboard laying around yesterday, and didnt even come close to fitting so i snapped and went back to the drawing board hahaha. i might try that ply wood idea though 8)
