lol compared to my rent $400 is EXPENSIVE..

$100 a month, 2 story 2 bedroom house, with a fenced yard and garage.

i shouldn've known. even the ones in the getto parts of houston are 2-3 times more a month. 100$/month is unheard of in houston. i'd like to move somewhere like that when i get old though.

$100 is cheap rent.. even for around here.. i just have a good landlord.. he asks for help doing repairs/maintenance on other rentals sometimes.. (he is 80 years old), but he also does shit like fills up the propane tank (about $600) once in a while...
