He had an issue with CACO's bandwidth cap so it has now been increased. If you happen to notice any problems with the site, please give us a call at our toll free number at (866) 409-4567. This number isn't for general audio help, we want you to use the site for that but if you are having problems logging in or accessing the site then this is your way to get live help asap.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we had a huge spike over the weekend (which is a great thing) but I hadn't made a necessary adjustment to allow maximum bandwidth which is now set.
