Took over 300 pics today with my buddy and he stole his cousins Nikon D50. In the last 2 days i lowered his Mini S an inch, one balled the exhaust(remove the resonater), blacked his tails (nylon) and blacked out 2 mini emblems, added CAI as well.

Heres the best of what i shot, my buddy shot the last ones.

OH and please give me tips on taking pics, im just kind of getting interested in photography and by NO NO NO NO NO means am i talented at it yet.

Nice pics, that truck came a long way. Like I said in your other thread phenomenal transformation, I bet the smoke show was fun.

what kind of backgrounds should i look for? I thought these were fairly good, but this is my first time taking pictures of this nature.
Water, graffiti walls, and the semi truck loading docks like you see behind major stores.

With the truck, maybe some offroad looking backgrounds. Not mud, but maybe something with water behind it. have it near places it was meant to be if that makes any sense. they looked good for a first time though. you could put them on cars.com no prob

ok theres really not TOO many places like that around here that i could get to and or know of. I was thinking about finding some more off road places to go to as all of those were in parking lots and such. thanks for the help

Not to bad, but that D50 should take better shots. I personally think you could do better with that camera. Is all about using the settings on it. Like at night, did you put it on night time mode? Seems a little blurry to me in a couple pics, but that could just be you moving. If you want perfect pictures and want to get some good stills, then hit up a tripod. I have a tripod, but honestly barely use it, lol! This is if you want some of the best of the best.

Not bad for first time. Just keep messing with it and it will come to you. Just remember, it can get expensive! I have one camera I invested over 1000 dollars in it, just because of the Lens in it. Funny as I think my point and shoot Panasonic takes better pics..........close up that is. Now far away, my DSLR wins!

Oh yeah, your truck looks really good! Has come a long way!
