firing up or back

should i fire the sub and port to the back of the car or the subs up with the port fired back or what any suggestions and what would be the difference

what is the diff in up or back because thinking of it i only have around 15 inches exactly in height so it would be a lil difficult i presume

Well it looks like you have size limitations and if thats the case you'll have to fire it upward.I have a single 15" and I've tried firing up and back,by far facing back is the loudest in my vehicle.It may differ from trunk to trunk as far as sounds goes.
