I just finished this install for a friend i know abahn, but he wanted to go cheap, its a dual chamber fiberglass box, the carpet still needs to have some slack cut out and more glue. Im fabbing up a aluminum bar amp rack for the center between the two subs. in all it costed me around 300 for all the supplies and i got 150 to do it for him

well the back and bottom are mdf since they are flat. but its cut to exactly fit, and it wont come out, everything that is visible is glass. I would have charged more but he was a friend and he didnt need to have it sanded and smoothened since i was using carpet . it could have easily doubled the time. oh btw, this took me around 10 days to make, around 20-30 hours

hahaha

yeah

That carpet is awesome stuff, they sell it at autozone in rolls for like 10 bux in blue gray and black , it took one roll to to that, but it glues really well with 3m super 77 spray adhesive. I use it making door panels in my bus too

His truck is a piece, he just keeps trying to accesorise it, ive done alot of body mods and perormance mods to the truck. like valances and a polished flame grill, i wish i had more pics. I hate the way for dashes look, if it were me id make it glass smooth and gelcoat it silver
