Finished another box

2.8 cubes, external 6 in aero/ internal 4 in aero. I'll post later with pics to show how I plan on doing it. The carpet isn't perfect because it was my gf's first time working with it. Came out decent, a lot cleaner then the last install. Still have to connect wires and make trim panels for the left side of the trunk.

Like I said, I've never carpeted. Let my girl do it since its her box, it was her first time. Didn't come out all too bad for a first time job.

Why 6in ext. and 4" internal?

6 in external for competitions. 4 in internal for daily because smaller diameter port smoothes out frequency response and allows for a shorter port to achieve optimum tuning. I would need a 23" 6 in port to tune it to 32 hz, but by using a 4 in port it only has to be 10".
