FInially a response from my Paypal CLaim!!

SO a few weeks ago i posted about my paypal claim that ihad.. to sum it up i bought an amp from a big company on ebay..they shipped it to the wrong address.. I didnt find out for a few days that they shipped it to the wrong place untill i called ups and confirmed where it was delivered.. But by then it was long gone... BUTTTT after over a month of waitin I finially go tmy money backk..all 270 dollar..**** sorry im so excited i jsut checked my email and i wasnt expected to see that i won..i always heard bad things about paypal disputes..

Why did the store ship it to the wrong address? Was either your fault or the stores fault.

you hear bad things about paypal disputes because most of the time, its a person who can just cut and run. you get screwed, the person withdraws all money and runs.

big stores usually do not have this option.

im pretty sure if he won the claim, he had adequate proof that he gave the proper address.

stores fault..i paid with paypal...paypal stores my address..so either one of there faults..either way not mine...im just happy i finially got my money back..money was gettin real tight after x-mas and all

nope. Guess they didnt think it was their fault then. Nice work with the paypal claim. Make sure you leave negative feedback. What was the name of the ebay store you got the amp from?

it was vm innovations..they are a huge company on ebay and have really good feebdack..they sell alot of kicker refurbs and such at really good prices...well at first i was just waiting for the amp to show up...they told me that UPS was goin to go to the house it was delivered to and redeliver it to me..this was like 2 weeks after the initial delivery. (I know alot of deliverys) I was like really? DO you think that the amp is still goin to be there..Then i offered to take a store credit or anything...they kinda just were tryin to buy time.. They stopped responding to my requests during the claim..so i escalated it and dealt with paypal... My case was pretty cut and dry..i attached the letter that I recieved from UPS stating that it was delivered to 704 instead of 404 and that that the was it was tagged...I was really patient and wasnt like a d*ck or anything since I really wanted my money back.... I didnt expect to get it back but my email says they've recovered all my money and its transfering to my bank account and will be in there 3-5 days
