Finihsing is the easy part, I would consider it finally done too. Plus why finish it until you get the speakers in it and tested to make sure you ain't out there again building another one?

lol im am done, this is as far as this box is getting... its only for 1 competition, no other reason.

I have an idea for a box that may be louder....In most SUV's I have seen, except for Jeeps if you count those, it was the loudest box.

What frequency is the enclosure tuned to? What kind of power are you running?

roughly 47hz and around 2500watts for the pair

I've got a solid box design but it's only for 1 or 2 12"s. That 148.5 in stock 301-900 wouldn't know what hit it. Single SI D2 12" with a single d300hc did a 147.9 on the dash on the TL so me tinks it could meager that extra .7db. HMMMMMM i think i should move to cali, get a 2nd d300hc and a 2 subs mauauahha.

yeah i'm still not sure exactly how USACI rated the amp i have though. d300hc is rated at 300 i think so i guess with only 1 i'd be in stock 150-300? what's the rules on re-wound alternator in stock casing lol?
