I think SPL competitions are stupid, and it's not my gig... But, I've been involved in some pretty high end shit. None of which was ever entered into a show with exposed wires or MDF. Call it pride.

PS: If you knew absolutely ANYTHING bout SPL competitors, you know they rebuild COUNTLESS numbers of times. in complete honestly it just isnt worth the time and effort and cash to carpet it... I mean if i were keeping this box and was going to use it often maybe, but as far as i know this box will only see 1 show. Then i cant even keep it because im moving to Texas so it will more than likely end up in the garbage after that show so whats the point lol

id rather save my 20bucks and put it toward a new sheet of MDF
