we put a type r 12 in 2.5 at 33 or so, CRX style, and had the wiper jumping off the back glass a solid half inch or so.

yeah. The friend I bought it off of said he used to have a system(wiring is still in there but it's only 4awg) and it was loud as **** since there's no hatch cover.
