FInally getting around to showing a build (PICS)

Finally getting around to showing you guys a build.

This time im putting 2 12" RD alpha v2's in. There d2's 8 layer flat winds, read 2.8-2.7 (not sure why), hw cones and surrounds, old dust caps i may switch them but idk how to get the old ones off.

Amp is currently installed along as the rest of my system and electrical

Amp is atomic 3000.1d wired to .5 ohm

amp on rear shelf

corssovers for mm6 fronts, Digital fuse for alt (+) to batts in trunk, Amp for fronts Soundmagus CP91

2 Stinger spv70's

200 amp MRC alt. lifetime warranty

haha yea its been like that for a few weeks ive been waiting to get new subs and i plan to mount the batts to the top of the box in the provided steel trays so they will be out of the tire well and i can put my spare back in.

there so heavy they hardly move anyways tho.

got some of the wood cut yesterday. Free Home Depot cuts FTW. they only gave me 10 free cuts though.

theres more panels than shown but i still need to make more cuts.

BTW i should add that i am making 2 separate enclosures to give me more options. But i am going to attempt to make a removable seal between the box and the opening behind the rear seat as well to maximize performance.

please mount those batteries better. any sudden braking or a crash is gonna make you wish you did after they come flying through the trunk into the cabin.

they maybe heavy, but nothing can stop centrifugal or g-force

Reading>you i already mentioned about that. Also there is a cover that was over them and the box was over the cover so they wouldnt have been able to hit me at least but they could have cracked and leaked still.

tylork, thanks man. they were a pain to install into the stock locations. They still come loose sometimes and i need to fix them every so often. Relatively easy fix tho. worth it for the look.

nahh im gonna put my spare back in there. Im going to mount them to the tops of the boxes.

If you notice the ledge that the xovers are mounted on to and you can see the amp inbetween. thats about where the batteries are going to be. amp in between, batts on their sides. terminals out. only thing im worried about is noise and not being able to remove and install a new setup easily.

forgot to mention that my headliner is blacked out along with the upper pillars, making my interior black on charcoal.

Also want to add that all this work was done by myself, with some limited help from my dad or friends, from the headliner the the alt install. Let me tell you from experience. 300m's are not easy to work on they are ver hard to get apart and even harder to get back together, not to mention that its just a large car in the first place.

I would also use different screws and bolts when fastening the Atomic amp so nobody can get it out easy if someone decides to break in.
