Do people who drive their caprices around you think they are cops... Caprices have been kinda gone for a while it seems. Mostly people drive the crown victorias... Those are easy to spot... IMO.

This is true caprice's were early 90s cop cars

Also you can get a 01-02+ Crownvic Ex-cop with under 100k miles for $2500 or so

i've had 2 rwd cars in michigan winters, and never had a problem. nissan 300zx and my beetle(which i understand has a lot of rear weight) and i also drove a turbo 626 for 3 winters. it teaches you how to drive better lol

he was asking 3 from the few people that talked to him about it, he paid 3.2. since i've worked for him for five years he's letting me have it for 2.4 because i've helped him do a lot of sidework when he really needed it and didn't ask for money

I have never EVER had a problem driving a RWD car in the snow. I have had mid 80's regals, cutlasses, caprices, had a cougar, grand prix, etc. If you cant drive a rwd car in the snow then you cant drive.

Dude murder it out, black windows, wheels, etc, drop it. My buddy had one and we both had 90 caprices. It was fast as hell lol. But we both liked the older bodies better, they were more 'solid'. Less creaks, rattles, etc

my beetle still needs paint because i started it and was too lazy to finish it and now it's getting to cold to spray in my garage, and it still needs an interior(probably my winter project)

the only thing my bud really hated about his was it had the stupid vinyl back seat and no console, holes from the cage, shit like that. He was tryin to make it look mor 'stock'. There are forums and he picked up seats and carpet and stuff cheap. They also forgot to take the blinky lights out the grill, he unhooked him though. He said I know Ill get drunk one night and try to go out and pull people over lol.

He said he was on the way home on the interstate doin 60 and his phone rang, his mom was like 2 miles back and asked if there was a wreck or something, he said no, everyone was scared to pass him lol.

another, there was a wreck and he was sittin in traffic for like 10 mins. So he got out of the car and asked the guy in front to pull up. He pulled up and he did a Uturn through the median.

yea i dont think you can pull shit like that now. This was like 6 years ago. If you really want to build it you can get a 6spd from a camaro SS or corvette (?) something like that. He had one and we rebuilt it but he ended up selling the car to some black dude for like double what he bought it for so all the parts went with it.

First off that is a Nice car. I have a 94 with the LT1 I bought from a police auction. I wasn't feeling not having the center cosole also but I found out that the chevy blazer center console is a perfect fit. I believe you can find one on ebay for as little as $100 or you can check your local junk yar for one. Those center consoles that are sold on Streettrends.com are hella exspensive. Caprices and crown vics in white, dark blue, black, silver with tinted windows will always be mistaken for cop cars from a distance. Be careful
