Filing claim with DHL??

i shipped a pair of type r's awhile back through dhl and they destroyed them. didn't have a receipt for them so i printed the product page from crutchfield and took that to them. took about 2 months but they eventually sent me a check for the amount of the pair of subs plus shipping costs.

Yes, they refunded my shipping. Just call customer service and explain it to them, they will help you out. DHL customer service is very good.

i did that and they sure as hell didnt help me

2 months. Shhhhiiiittt. But thats also a damage claim, this is a lost package claim. Im sure its different. I mean, im not claiming that it wasnt packed well enough and they destroyed it which would be relative. This is a package that they cant even find.

Funny though, they told me the driver tried to deliver the box to my house, then brought it back to the warehouse when he couldnt locate the house.

DHL had been to my house more than 4 times before and never had a problem finding the house as I put big numbers on the house and on the mail box!

Then, the last time I called, the woman told me that the box never made it to the Maryland location the prieviouse woman said it was at.
