fiberglass box im building for a z28...

this is a box im building for my buddy , its for a 2000 Z28 . we couldnt use the place where most camerobird boxes go becuse thats where his T-tops go , and we couldnt use the little space on the side of the trunk because thats where his cd changer is. so its gonna go on the flat area above the gas tank. its for one 10" audiobahn aw1000q sub that he got form the zeb for 50 bucks , and some profile amp rated at 400watts rms at 2ohms, sould look cool whan its done

box with resin soked flecce streched over it.

im useing 3/4 ouce glassmat. and im glassing it form the inside since the flecce dried so smooth.

im thinking of trying some of the hevey weev glass cloth but it seems like it would be hard to work with , but it would only take like 2 layers of the stuff.

so what do you think so far?

looks good to me. update us with pics when you get done. i have a 95 camaro, same hatch as your buds got and im building a box for my 13w7 soooon. it will fit in the well where the t tops go. keep us updated. i love my camaro!

almost done with the box just need some touch ups, the box was painted by Eric , the paint guy at jimy vicker's of mirrit island Fl , it was color matched to the car .
