they aren't all that. 16 audiobahn 12's ran at one tenth their rms would be just as loud and last 1/2 as long as 1 fi 10.

Because there's no serious answer to what you asked. That's like asking Toyota vs. Nissan vs. Honda...without any other information, it's really a pointless question.

Now, if you start talking specific models, installation requirements, listening habits, budget...now you're getting somewhere.

ok say i got 2 15's to go in a 01 grand am... I want to really loud would i be better to go with 2 sx 15's or 2 bl 15's? and how power would it take to power these

Power recommendations are listed on the site.

And "really loud" is installation dependent, I'd say either of those choices would work for what you probably have in mind...

Well bl's are 1000 watts RMS. so 2000 watts or more.. That means a deep cell battery, 0 gauge, plus another battery in your trunk, running the big 3... So if you want to do all that then i would say go for it. But you wont be able to breath in your car, you will hardly be able listen and drive at the same time. It will be very loud and expensive. 1 BL or Q would do you just fine im sure.. Put it this way my one Fi Q 18 is louder than my old 12L7s and better SQ by a mile. Fi rocks man.

I got one Fi Btl 18 and now Im after 2 so IMO I don't think I will get any other sub. With the IB design they got a sub for everything. The prices are right and build quality is good. I just want to see an 8".

ok I had 2400 watt amp in my car umm and the voltage when i wasnt playing it. It said 14 V and when it was bumpin it said 11 V whats that mean and is that bad for your amp
