those are the HT subs, if you were to order the ones made for car audio the FS would be at 20hz

thats still pretty low compared to most subs. sorry for thread jack but do you guys have any websites that give more info on how a subs specs like FS and Qes play a role in their performance? the only thing i know is FS / Qes= whether its good in ported or sealed

I've got an LMT 12" with an Fs of 16hz... dominates the lows in a large sealed.

hmm...just realized that the tempest uses XBL^2 motor topology. Not a big fan of those.

I think I might just go 2 IXL-15...if i can afford it.

Or maybe two 15" FI IB. Or just one IXL-15. Bah!!!
