Well, i doubt ull fit 2 12" RE SEs under any seat. They need at least 1cf each to go good

With that space ull do 2 10" SEs each side, max... Poly aint the best to me

i really want the 12's tho, i have the plunge router to cut a 12" cutout. i want the deeper bass from the 12's

You need to realize 2 10's will get just as low in the right enclosure as 2 12s being starved for air. You can make 10's play just as low as any other size sub as long as you build the right enclosure for them.
