Anyone run one of these ? thoughts or opinions on this sub ? Fi has a killer deal for black friday and I am thinking of picking one up I am running a powerbase xta 5000d

with Singer 290 alt and o gauge with two AGM batterys with big three to both. Currently i have two C2 audio 12" in a prefab slot port so i am running at 2ohm -gains turned

down so running less than half what the amp can do and i am ready to step up and finally get LOUD! I am thinking about a 4th order box any suggestions if this woofer

would be good to use in this type of enclosure ? any ideas on sizes on box and tunning ? It will be going in my 96 Gmc ext cab full size truck. Let me know if more info is needed

****** sub that gets extremely loud and sounds pretty good for what it is. Box it around 8 cubes tuned in the low 30's and let her eat that 5k.

when you say 8 cubes i am guessing for a ported enclosure ? It has been suggested to me to put it in a 4th order box and it was explained to me that is a sealed box on one side and ported on the other side woofer . Feel free to correct me if I am wrong as I am a newb on alot of this stuff but i am learning . And the suggestion on size was around 2 cubes for sealed section and 6 cubes on the ported side, How does that sound ? I want some Rip your chest out Bass but i dont compete.
