FI Q Subwoofer

that will "work" on it but why buy it then? you'd be more suited getting something efficient off that power unless you plan to upgrade later and just have the headroom available.

 
I am getting it for $175.00. I thought it was too good of a deal to pass up. I guess I could just buy an amp between 1000-1500 watts to power it but I am assuming I would need to replace the alternator and battery for it to run in my vehicle (98 honda civic). Would that be a correct assumption?
