Fi Q needs wires fixed... is this a good deal?

okay theres a fi Q 15in sub with a big *** ported box that comes with it for 40 bucks.. but the fi q needs some wires fixed he said. recone kits are only like 80 bucks for these subs but id like to know if this can be fixed without the recone kit and if this is a must buy.. i know the box is worth this price but i want the sub.. the coils are all fine he says.. so wanting ur guys input on if i should buy this

How hard is it to recone a sub? Can I do it or will it need to be someone who works on subs?

it's pretty easy, especially if you take your time and test fit it a few times before actually doing it.

Buy it. Make it a learning experience on how to recone a sub. Its not hard
