Fi Q 18 jl 500 give opinion overall

im playing a 28hx test tone from true rta, this jl 500 has nuts

the FI q was not even hot after playing this long. very nice sub i think, tell me what sub u think would do better,

You don't need a better sub - you need a better box first and foremost, and then you need a stronger amp. I say you need a better box because that little pvc port out the back isn't doing shit for that woofer. As far as an amp, maybe a ZX1500.1 or ZX1000.1 if it's Dual 1.

And def get more power, its people running almost triple that to there Qs

yeah i dont like the port much, but its just temporary stuff, im selln the 18
