P.S. Fi always has great CS... and them being an online-based company, most of the question you want to ask have been asked, and if they haven't, people on this forum and SSA's forum know basically all to know about the subs...

And, again, if they don't, Nick from Fi will answer it VIA e-mail, like ssack said, probably within 24 hours. (THEY ARE AN ONLINE BUSINESS ANYWAY)
