It goes to show that they test their stuff before they send it out and make sure everything's right before it reaches the customers' hands.

I'd rather have a 100% fine and working sub and wait than to get a funky sub promptly

still havent' heard ID's story yet, so I'm holding my comment.

Surrounds didn't meet our QC, so we've got to wait on new ones...

Don't want to send sub par products out.

awesome company. if you like they could have sent it as is then when you had problems you would have to pay to send it back. i am sure it won't take very long.
