Fi btl n2 or Treo ssx

I assume this is a daily? A lot of how much a sub handles power is dependent on your listening habits as well as making sure your amp is putting out 100% clean power. I would say either would do just fine, however.

n2 is a beast. Can't argue with a 4" coil though. Thing about 4" coil subs though is the soft parts still have to hold up. Personally, if I have to be limited by one or the other, I'd rather be limited mechanically because you can hear the sub getting into trouble. If you're taxing it thermally, by the time you smell it (if you do), it may be hurt already.

With that said, love both subs and if I had 3k to give one of them, I might lean toward the Treo. That is... unless you want to buy my N2 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

thanks guys, well the thing is, I have 2 n2's now and do a 152.3 on the dash at 40hz, i want to be a little louder and from previous experience, the treos sound much better

having not ever used the n2, my opinion is biased, but its pretty easy to get an ssx to handle 3k, they sound pretty solid for the type of sub they are and they can still get pretty dang loud
