FI BL vs AQ HDC3

I was thinking either Hifonics BXI 2000 watt rms... I know ... i know. Also not the best amp, but i am very limited on funding. Also looking at the AQ2200. Just depends on $$$$.
also due to funding i might jut keep the MA Audio. Depends on what sub i get and how it sounds. I know there is always better out there.... so no need to beat a dead horse.
It's all good, get what your money allows or save until you can.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

so. building boxes means you know your shit on this subject? as for what i would suggest? actually the hd3's:) however, its absolutly sickening watching him spew the same old aq bs in EVERY thread.
Perhaps you should stay out of those threads to avoid getting sick //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I also recommend FI products, DD, and used to suggest AA stuff when Chad was local to me. I tend to recommend based upon stuff I have actual experience with, so while it may be limited to a few brands, it's a tad more accurate then most who only suggest based upon the current forum boner //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

looking at the wiring options I can run either a d2 or d1 at either 4ohm or 1 ohm. Wired At 4 ohm my amp pushes 400wrms per channel. At one ohm bridged my amp hits (suposably) 4400wrms. And at 1ohm it is 1400wrms per channel. I know my amp doesn't put out what it says, andthe subs can handle more then rated at. But I don't want to get it the. Either underpower it or fry it.

LOL...... God forbid someone talk about a product that they actually have experience with. His girl has an FI sub in her car (a Q i believe though) and he has the HDC3s. So if it's a bad thing for him to "spew" his bs about products he has hands on experience with, you'll have a problem with many on here.

I dont know about Fi's customer service really but I do know that AQ has exceptional customer service if that means anything to you?. I know DJ is willing to help anyone with any kind of problem from personal experience. he takes the time to explain every aspect of your question/problem/concern. Customer Service is something that shouldnt be overlooked to much when looking at a company like AQ.

Customer service means a lot to me. If you sell a product and will not answer any questions about it, or help the consumer in any way, to me that means you have no faith in the products they sell.

Everyone says the AQs with the aluminum coils can handle much more then rated power. Im trying to figure out which would be better, the D2 or D1.

I have the HK802SX amp:

800 wrms per cannel at 2 ohm

1400 wrms per channel at 1 ohm

2200 wrms per channel at .5 ohm

4400 wrms mono at 1 ohm

So knowing the subs are under rated and the amp is over rated, would it be safe to get the D2 and wire it to 1 ohm at 1400 wrms per coil? or would that be pushing it too close?

man with that amp just buy 2 sub dvc 1ohm wire both in parallel down to .5 ohm and then series them to the amp
Its all about the $$$.. Otherwise i would be all over it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
