Fi Bl V. Sundown Z15

I have narrowed it down to one of these for my next setup. I would like to get some opinions from ppl who have used them or heard them personally.

I will be running them off 1200 rms in a 3.5^ box to 32 hz

Id go with the Sundown. The Z15 will do good in the 3.5 cubes I think the BL would need a little bigger

i dont think the bl would need anything bigger but the z15 just looks sexy.

Yea. every two subs are different.

and no cus there both the mid-level spl subs marketed in that way by 2 companies.

i think the bl has a proven record and would do nice on 1200 rms.

These are an "SQL" subwoofer - they will sound very good sealed or ported but also have excellent SPL potential.

I think I may go with the z just due to the fact that it is something different and jacob offers such personal service. not positive yet, but im definately leaning towards it.

I had some Bl 18s. They are stiff. Anything less than 1500watts is a tickle to it. I didn't think it really showed it's true potential til I put about 2kwatts into it.

The z15" sounded similiar but got louder off less power. We've been using them in only 3ft net volume and they've worked well.
