whats up guys, i have a 97 eclipse with a big hatch glass and was looking to get a fi bl 12 in a custom box. the only thing i am worried about is so much flexing that the glass would crack, how likely is that? also whats a nice amp to power it when its fullly loaded?

Good choice in subwoofer right there. I had a fully loaded Fi BL 12 D2 in my 03 eclipse and I loved it. Ran it on a sundown 1500d in 2.3 cubes @ 32hz and it had no trouble on 1500w RMS. I highly recommend that setup.

P.S. its very unlikely your glass is going to crack, it sure will flex though haha

well being reassured that it wont crack makes me want to go with a 15" now since its only $20 more still unsure what i would use to power it. im kind of new to this side of car audio. most of my friends have ev's and concert speakers and stuff like that in their cars. what kind of amp would i use to power a fully loaded fi bl 15"
