FHP are assholes. constantly stopping me for my tint, when other people are speeding past me, they decide to pull me over instead of someone actually speeding.

put it this way. tint is dangerous for a cop. he doesnt know whats being pointed at him or anything. but the ONLY time tint will be dangerous for a cop is when he pulls someone over for another crime BESIDES having tint on the window. its basically just a cop starting trouble. if i were a cop i wouldnt care. it would only be an issue if the person i pulled over had tint as well as what they were doing to be pulled over. **** cops

How does that make any sense? You should only get a ticket for illegal tint if you are seen speeding or causing some other violation? Using that logic, a cop shouldn't pull you over for speeding, unless your speeding causes an accident. Maybe DUI's shouldn't be a ticket worthy offense unless/until you kill someone too.

Most people here take a OEM style aftermarket headlamp assembly and flush mount them in the lower part of their bumper. Then they have headlamp covers paint-matched to the truck to block the original lights and disconnect them.

The law here is the BOTTOM of your headlights cant be more than 6 feet off the ground.

In virginia its a height limit to the bottom of the frame and any lights over the headlights must be covered or on a switch. Ive never heard of a headlight one but it sounds like since it isnt on the ticket, they were just trying to find something else.

I would talk to a lawyer or something because you shouldnt have to pay anything.

THe united states judicial system is one of the most corrupt and ****ed up things there are in this world, as well as a large part of law enforcement (Atf, vice, cia) They all bend the rules an ungodly amount.

Scan a copy of your ID and send it in with your ticket and if it was issued before the date of the ticket it is $10. If not, 101

wrong.. he didn't give him a ticket for that the 10/101 is 10 to fix it and pay a fee... 101 is to leave it and just pay the ticket
