Jim what do u mean before the date.. i think he ****ed up on it... so i might be able to get it mismissed..but why go thru all that and not just pay the $10

and 20 mins after all this happned i pulled into hooters and a chevy was sittin a bit higher than mine..

talked to the guy that owned it..he said something about he has a 3500 weight class commerical tag? so they cant **** with him?

sucks about ur situation but nice truck you should mess with them put the original head lights on a toggle and mount new ones under bumper then throw some 54" tires on it and call it a day. still nice truck

Did you mean Liquid? What I'm saying is if the ticket was issued on 10/07/09 as long as your license was issued BEFORE the citation, ie 10/06/09 then you have to only pay $10. However, if you received the citation and went to apply for the license afterwards it would be 101$

ya sry... now i get it..but ya meaning I DID have a valid license cuz he looked it up and i guess thats why he put 10 with a highlighter at the top

The cops were right. The only chance you have is to go to court and say that it was day time (if it was).

So next time they try to pull you over for your headlights being too high. Switch them over to the lower ones.. As they will be behind you. And say you were using the low ones. Problem solved.

i should know that too, my parents live there, cars are so strictly governed up here its such a shame
