not everyone knows how to hot wire a car. If he was actually selling the shit off to people on here do you think he would make a post like this? He wouldnt need to tell us, only his insurance company. think about it.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was an insurance scam. Crazier shit has happened, like someone burning his entire car down and blaming it on other people, lol! I loved that thread.

Anyway, if not and you just got ganked, I hope your insurance does take care of you, but most insurance companies are a bish to get audioz covered unless you tell them about it before hand. Most the time, you have to have all receipts and pics of your stuff in your ride and every detail. Did they make you do that?

Its almost impossible to steal that car (without towing it away). It has a transmitter in the key (called Sentry Key) that allows the car to start when it sees the signal from the transmitter. I say almost because I heard a rumor that someone found out a way to hook a laptop to the computer port of these cars and disable the Sentry Key. Still curious as to how they got into the car.

Almost every single car made from like 1998 and on have this exact same feature.

No one trys to hotwire cars anymore they just hook them up to a tow trunk and deuce.

agreed. hell a couple weeks ago my alarm went off and it pissed me off. My remote started to churp and it woke me up. I just figured that the thunder had set it off due to it storming that night. The next day i went out and noticed somebody had broken my mirror. I was so pissed.
