OM Goodness!! That's an investment! THat's like hmmm:

a new 60 gallon compressor

an extreme hone job on my intake plenum

Anything somewhat comparable for a little less? - I found them for 843.

EDIT: I did find a 2 way kit for 550 on woofersetc. I can do that.

So would it be overkill to power both of my component sets with this:

JL Audio 450/4 JL Audio 4 Ch. Amplifier

I would run in mixed mode - 300 for a SQ sub & 75 x2 for the other channels?

Looks like the Dynaudio kit will do 100 continuous.
